The Anger Management Program consists of one-on-one counseling sessions with a Christian counselor.  The sessions are offered to help individuals get to the root cause of their anger or rage.  Participants must make a commitment to have an initial assessment plus a minimum of 12 sessions.  The sessions are completed in half the time, using our Fast-track program with 2 one-hour sessions and 6 visits instead of 12.

Court Ordered Sessions:  When Anger Management is court-ordered, the participant must agree to complete the 12 sessions unless a small number is documented by the courts.  As requested, the counselor will provide a written report to the County Judge to indicate that Anger Management sessions have begun.  The participant must provide the judge’s address or fax number.  Upon completion of the sessions, the counselor will provide a certificate of completion.   

You Must Have an Anger Inventory.  The cost is $25.00

The initial session includes an inventory on anger that will help to determine the degree of anger being felt by the participant.  This will help the participant to identify the person(s) to whom the anger is directed or has been directed.  The participant will work with exercises, audiotapes and reading materials to complete the program.

Completion of the Sessions for the Courts:

In order to receive a final letter of release or a certificate of completion from the counselor, you must complete the initial assessment and 12 sessions (unless a smaller number of sessions is documented by the courts.
